Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Lead/Manager who can actively source
candidates for placing them at plant/ factory locations in and outside
Bangalore
.- Source candidates from ITI and other colleges for placing them at
client locations- Experience in blue-collar/ ITI trainee recruitment is
must.
- Should have worked in a labour contractor agency (preferred).
- Willing to travel for recruitment related work-
Must be proficient in
MS-Excel
- South Indian Language: Kannada, Tamil, Malyalam, Telugu, Hindi, English
- Good communication skills- Ability to provide required manpower
in the given time frame.
- Placing candidates at client locations and
registering them on government portals under NEEM, NAPS, TISS schemes.
Exp: 5+Years
Notice period: Immediate joiner
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
