About the Role
Netapsis Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for Executive Trainees – Recruitment, Counseling & Placement under its Learn & Earn Program.
The selected trainees will be responsible for sourcing, counseling, recruiting and supporting freshers/students from 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG and PG backgrounds. The role involves helping students explore higher-education opportunities through Netapsis partner universities, while also supporting them in accessing employment opportunities.

1. Key Responsibilities
A. Candidate Sourcing & Lead Generation
· Source students and freshers from 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG and PG backgrounds.
· Conduct local mobilisation and field visits within your home district.
· Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, ITIs, training centres and other relevant locations.
· Generate leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
· Create promotional content, Reels/Short Videos and social-media campaigns.
· Maintain daily records of leads, calls, counselling sessions and follow-ups.
B. Career Counseling
Counsel students regarding:
· Higher education opportunities.
· Courses available through Netapsis partner universities.
· Online classes and examination process.
· Career opportunities after enrolment.
· Employment and placement opportunities.
· Fee structure and available EMI arrangements.
C. Admission & Registration
· Explain the admission process to interested students.
· Assist candidates with online registration.
· Coordinate collection and verification of required documents.
· Ensure students complete their registration within the required timeline.
· Maintain accurate admission and registration records.
D. Recruitment & Placement Support
· Identify suitable employment opportunities for enrolled candidates.
· Support candidates with basic CV/Resume preparation.
· Assist with interview preparation and profile creation.
· Coordinate interviews and joining processes.
· Follow up with candidates after selection and joining.
2. Mandatory LinkedIn Profile Setup
Before starting the assignment, selected trainees must create/update a professional LinkedIn profile.
The profile should show:

The Netapsis company logo should be visible on the LinkedIn employment section.
The LinkedIn profile will help trainees build a professional identity and recruitment/counselling experience.
3. Monthly Performance Target
Standard Target: Minimum 5 Student Enrolments per Month
Trainees are expected to work towards a minimum target of 5 successful student enrolments per month.
Performance will be monitored through:
· Calls made
· Leads generated
· Students counselled
· Field visits
· Applications
· Successful enrolments
· Placement/joining support
· Digital promotion and lead generation
4. Stipend & Career Growth
First-Month Performance-Based Stipend
If a trainee successfully facilitates at least 2 student enrolments during the first month, the trainee will receive:
₹2,500 Stipend
The stipend is performance-linked.
No Enrolment = No Stipend for That Month
If a trainee successfully facilitates 0 student enrolments in a particular month, no stipend will be payable for that month.
5. Full-Time Employee Opportunity
Trainees demonstrating strong performance by achieving:
10 or More Student Enrolments in a Month
may be considered for conversion to a Fixed Full-Time Employee.
Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Work Location: Candidate's Home District
The conversion is performance-based and subject to company requirements and verification.
6. Education Benefit for High-Performing Trainees
Trainees who are converted to the full-time role may receive:
Up to 50% Scholarship Support
towards their own higher education, subject to applicable program terms and eligibility.
7. Who Can Apply?

Candidates who want to work while continuing their education are encouraged to apply.
8. Skills We Are Looking For
Candidates should preferably have:

· Lead-generation skills.
· Basic digital marketing knowledge.
· Social-media knowledge.
· Ability to create Reels/Short Videos.
· Follow-up and relationship-management skills.
· Willingness to travel locally when required.
9. Required Resources
Mandatory
Personal smartphone for calling and communication.
Preferred
Personal laptop/computer.
Candidates interested in digital marketing, social-media promotion, Reels and online lead generation will have additional opportunities to contribute.
10. Field Travel Requirement
This is primarily a home-district-based opportunity, but trainees must be willing to travel locally whenever required for:

11. Important Financial Terms & Conditions
Education Fees
Students/trainees who choose to enrol in a course through a Netapsis partner university/college are responsible for their applicable education costs.
Registration Fee
Any applicable university/college registration or admission fee must be paid directly by the student/candidate as per the institution's applicable fee structure.
Remaining Course Fees
Where an applicable EMI arrangement is available, eligible remaining fees may be structured into monthly instalments, subject to the university/college/program terms.
Important
Netapsis does not represent that all education fees are free. Candidates should carefully understand the applicable university/college fees before registration.
12. Financial Discipline – SIP
Every trainee is expected to develop a habit of saving and investing.
Minimum 25% of Monthly Earnings → SIP
Trainees are expected to allocate at least 25% of their monthly earnings towards a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) or other suitable long-term investment.
This is intended to encourage:

13. Important Performance Conditions

चयनित Trainees का मुख्य कार्य 10वीं, 12वीं, ITI, Diploma, UG और PG के विद्यार्थियों/फ्रेशर्स को source करना, उनसे counselling करना, recruitment एवं admission में सहायता करना तथा उन्हें Netapsis की Partner Universities के माध्यम से उच्च शिक्षा के विकल्पों से जोड़ना होगा।
इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य है:

1. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
A. Candidate Sourcing & Lead Generation
· 10वीं, 12वीं, ITI, Diploma, UG एवं PG विद्यार्थियों/फ्रेशर्स की sourcing करना।
· अपने Home District में local mobilisation करना।
· स्कूल, कॉलेज, ITI, Coaching Centre एवं अन्य संस्थानों में field visits करना।
· Phone Calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram एवं Telegram से leads generate करना।
· Reels, Short Videos एवं Social Media Content बनाकर program का promotion करना।
· Leads, calls, counselling और follow-up का daily record रखना।

विद्यार्थियों को जानकारी देना:

· Interested students को admission process समझाना।
· Online registration में सहायता करना।

· Registration प्रक्रिया समय पर पूरा कराने में सहायता करना।
· Admission और registration का सही record maintain करना।
D. Recruitment & Placement Support
· Enrolled candidates के लिए उपयुक्त employment opportunities पहचानना।
· Basic CV/Resume preparation में सहायता करना।
· Interview preparation और profile creation में सहायता करना।
· Interview और joining process में coordination करना।
· Selection और joining के बाद candidate follow-up करना।
2. LinkedIn Profile बनाना अनिवार्य
Selected Trainee को काम शुरू करने से पहले अपना professional LinkedIn Profile बनाना/update करना होगा।

3. Monthly Performance Target
न्यूनतम Target – प्रति माह 5 Student Enrolments
प्रत्येक Trainee को प्रति माह कम से कम 5 successful student enrolments का target लेकर काम करना होगा।
Performance को निम्न आधार पर देखा जाएगा:
· Calls
· Leads
· Counselling
· Field Visits
· Applications
· Successful Enrolments
· Placement Support
· Digital Promotion
· Lead Generation
4. Performance-Based Stipend
पहले महीने का Stipend
यदि Trainee पहले महीने में कम से कम 2 students का successful enrolment करवाता है, तो:
₹2,500 प्रति माह Stipend
दिया जाएगा।
0 Enrolment = उस महीने कोई Stipend नहीं
यदि किसी महीने में Trainee एक भी student enrolment नहीं करवा पाता, तो उस महीने का stipend payable नहीं होगा।
5. Full-Time Employee बनने का अवसर
जो Trainee किसी महीने में:
10 या उससे अधिक Student Enrolments
सफलतापूर्वक करवाता है, उसे performance के आधार पर Fixed Full-Time Employee के रूप में conversion के लिए consider किया जा सकता है।
Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 प्रति माह
Posting: उम्मीदवार के Home District में।
Full-time conversion performance, verification और company requirements के आधार पर होगा।
6. Higher Education Scholarship
जो Trainee Full-Time Employee में convert होता है, उसे applicable terms और eligibility के अनुसार अपनी higher education के लिए:
Up to 50% Scholarship Support
मिल सकता है।
7. कौन Apply कर सकता है?
यह अवसर निम्न educational backgrounds वाले candidates के लिए खुला है:

जो उम्मीदवार काम के साथ अपनी पढ़ाई जारी रखना चाहते हैं, वे apply कर सकते हैं।

9. आवश्यक साधन
अनिवार्य

Preferred
अपना Laptop/Computer होना बेहतर रहेगा।
Digital Marketing, Reels, Social Media Promotion और Online Lead Generation में रुचि रखने वाले candidates को अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारियाँ मिल सकती हैं।
10. Field Visit
यह मुख्य रूप से Home-District Based Opportunity है, लेकिन Trainee को आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अपने district में travel करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।

11. महत्वपूर्ण शिक्षा एवं Fee Terms
Course Fees
यदि कोई Student/Trainee Netapsis Partner University/College के माध्यम से कोई course चुनता है, तो applicable education fees की जिम्मेदारी Student/Candidate की स्वयं की होगी।
Registration Fee
University/College की applicable Registration/Admission Fee candidate को स्वयं directly institution को pay करनी होगी।
बाकी Course Fees
जहाँ university/college/program द्वारा EMI सुविधा उपलब्ध हो, वहाँ applicable remaining fees को monthly EMI में pay किया जा सकता है, subject to applicable terms.
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना
सभी courses को free education न समझें। Registration से पहले candidate को university/college की applicable fee structure और terms को अच्छी तरह समझना होगा।
12. SIP – अनिवार्य Saving & Investment Discipline
हर Trainee को अपनी earning में से saving और investment की आदत विकसित करनी होगी।
कम से कम 25% Monthly Earnings → SIP
प्रत्येक Trainee से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह अपनी monthly earnings का कम से कम 25% SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) या उपयुक्त long-term investment के लिए allocate करे।
