On 15th May 2025, Amazon's
BLR8 Office became a hub of innovation as 30+ passionate volunteers
participated in the GoodScope & FoldScope Project. This powerful CSR
initiative aimed to build microscopes for students in government
schools across India. The hands-on event provided volunteers with an
opportunity to assemble DIY microscopes, making science more
accessible and fostering a love for learning in underprivileged
communities.
The event’s core objective was not
just to assemble microscopes, but to empower students by giving them the
tools to explore science, making education interactive and engaging. The
FoldScope project will ignite curiosity and spark innovation in young
learners, helping them see the world through a scientific lens.
