4.      Execution of planning is delicate but achievable proper team communication within the hierarchy and training.

5.      Monitoring the actions and the results and their analysis will leave very less scope for errors for today and most importantly future.

6.      Reporting the data will assist in this chain process and future references for planning and forecasting.

 

WFM, especially in Engineering Industry is pivotal as this kind of industry requires proper vigilance and due to pandemic it becomes more important for every company to have an efficient and effective managers and management to outshine in this competitive world.
