Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsl
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget l
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress l
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques l
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques l
Report and escalate to management as needed l
Perform risk management to minimize project risks l
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project l
Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skillsets and experience levels l
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals l
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency l
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsl
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in C.S/I.T/E.C, B.C.A/M.C.A.l
1-3 years of work experience in project management l
Strong technical skills and knowledge l
Should have worked on agile methodologies with Sprint based system l
Experience in managing a team of 2 or more people l
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills l
Excellent written and verbal communication skills l
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills l
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Officel
Nice to Have
Knowledge of UI/UX l
Experience in Digital Marketingl
