Job Description :
● Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes
● Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
● Strong Technical knowledge and hands-on experiences with the followings –
● Designing robust semantic model and dashboards using any of Birst, Tableau, OBIEE, or Power BI
● Understanding Business Objects (R3, R4) architecture, ability to understand universe design and its alignment to the database
● Hands-on experience in working with Cloud BI Tool – Birst
● Experience in working with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
● Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Tableau, Sybase, MySQL, Oracle,
● Data Warehousing principles and dimensional models; sourcing data from OLTP, SaaS, and OLAP applications
● Developing and debugging complex queries from relational (SQL Server, MySQL, HIVE) and NO-SQL databases
● Technical knowledge and familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud based BI solutions, either Platform-As-A-Service or Information-As-A-Service
● Technical knowledge in relevant middleware – in Linux and Windows platform
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal skills to be an effective team leader
● 6-8 years development and analytical experience in Business Intelligence reporting
● Birst certification is a plus
● Big Data/Hadoop certification is a plus
● Experience with SPARK and Python programming is a plus
