Terms & Condition:

Recruiter/consultant must have to submit profiles as per the following TAT to be eligible for the direct bonus.

if CTC<10LPA- CV TAT 12hrs

If CTC<20LPA -CV TAT 24 Hrs

If CTC<30LPA -CV TAT 36 hrs

If CTC<40LPA -CV TAT 48hrs...and so on.

Delay in profile submission of more than 6 hrs, as per criterion .it (the assigned job) will automatically be allocated to another recruitment partner/consultant/recruiter.

Benefit: Exclusive bonus* to Recruiter working at Consulting Partner...The bonus amount will vary 500-10000 per closure...only after successful closure.
