Online internship opportunity provided by the Industry and academia is a great source for learning and earning from remote. Now the most of the startups hiring remote working workers and professionals for the skills such as Content Writing, Graphic Designing, Website Designing, Human Resource, Social Media Marketing, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Translation Work, etc. In India, the unemployment rate is stood at 6.1%; where the average salary for the freshers for FY2020 will be 1.95LPA across big one cities of India.

According to a private survey, only 5-6 percent of the professionals/engineering graduates are eligible for employment. This alarming situation given hope for the freshers as well as professionals to acquire new skills from open sources like "Swayam" portal of Govt of India or taking projects from Industry through various online channels such as Internshala, Conten, Fivrr, Freelancer, Guru, etc. These internship opportunities not only provide the platform for learning but Earning, Flexibility and a sense of ownership to the candidates.


Where to get Projects? College students may take projects from their own University/college or Startup companies in their city this will help him/her to get expertise in the desired field. To get ready for the job students' are required to add additional skills as per market /industry demands, only degree is not sufficient for the job. Hence candidate should be multi-tasking. 


Join Professional Network: By joining professional networks like University alma connect, alumni associations or LinkedIn professional Group or Quora platform will boost your candidacy in the selection process for employment. Hence to get the job expose you according to your interests and specialties.


Internship a stepping stone to Full-Time Employment: Through the Internship employee /fresher candidate will be able to develop his/her teamwork skills, time management, reporting, and professional communication. It is suggested that interns should join the industry as per their interest or the field of interest because many employers look to their own interns as the best potential prospective employees because they are the known entity.
